The short version: this site has no server that receives anything you type, and there is no account to create.

What happens to your answers

The questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. Your answers sit in this tab's session storage so you don't lose them between sections, and they're gone when you close the tab.

They're never sent anywhere, because there's nowhere for them to go. The site is static files with no code that sends your answers in a request.

Your plan

Your plan is built on your own device from your own answers. Saving or printing uses your browser's print function. There's no email step, so no health information passes through anyone else.

What is measured

The site uses a privacy-preserving analytics beacon that counts page views. It sets no cookie, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot see anything you type. Nothing it records identifies you.

Fonts

Two typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files, including your IP address, in the same way any third-party asset does.
